Christian rock group Echoing Angels comes to their fans from Atlanta, Georgia. The band is made up of the members Josh Poole on the drums, Josh Armour on the bass, Chris Peevy on vocals, Shannon Cochran on the guitar, and Jared Lee also on guitar.
Josh Poole and Josh Armour once known as Two Bare Feet changed the name in 1999 and began adding new members. The band was getting attention with their song “You Alone†on the Indie Christian waves; however, the break came when they began being heard in their hometown of Atlanta on various radio stations. This gave them enough attention to be heard by INO Records. INO Records gave the band a contract and that is when the band was officially called Echoing Angels because of copyright issues. The band grew their fan base mainly by playing in festivals and other gatherings. Therefore, when they hit big on the radios and were signed, they already had a pretty big fan base. Now, their fan base is bigger than before with more and more fans being added all the time.
In 2006, the band released their debut album “You Alone. One of the best tracks of the album is their song “Living Inside of Me†which they crank it up. The first single from the album is “You Alone†which is another wonderful track. This album shows powerhouse ballads, toe tapping beats, and wonderful work of devotion. Other songs on the album are “Freeâ€, “Rise Up†and “Make it Betterâ€.
It is said that they have a similar approach of other bands like Matchbox 20, Lifehouse, and the group Tonic. This is one band that shows that they got what it takes and the potential to take their music to the top. You can be sure to see this band for many years to come.
