Vanessa sang five different songs for the movie including "Breaking Free", "Start Of Something New", "We're All In This Together", What I've Been Looking For" and "When There Was Me and You". This album went 4 times platinum and hit number 1 on the charts.
Vanessa then released her own album called "V". Her album reached number 24 on the billboard charts and sold a little fewer than 400,000 copies. Her first single from the album was "Come Back to Me". Vanessa released a few more singles off the album including "Say Ok" and "Loose Your Love". With all the success Vanessa has had already, she is bound to do so much more as well, not only in acting, but also in singing. Her beginning success is only the start of a great career to come.
